What exactly is this mastermind?
EcomCrew is offering moderated masterminds this spring/summer.
These masterminds will be split into two groups: growing sellers with revenue of $10,000-$499,000 and sellers with revenue from $500,000-$5,000,0000. Each group will consist of 6-10 people.
Each mastermind will be moderated by an independent non-participating EcomCrew member.
There will be six mastermind sessions over the course of six months. Each mastermind group will decide after six months to continue the mastermind moderated (and paid) or non-moderated (and free).

Each month the group, consisting of 6-10 people, will gather for 2 hours for the mastermind call. The call will take place via web conference using either Google Hangouts or Zoom.
Each mastermind will take place on Wednesday at10AM PST/1PM EST (unless otherwise noted).
Each person will get 10-15 minutes in the hot seat to talk about the biggest issue facing their business and get real feedback from the group.

Why is the mastermind paid?
Each mastermind will be moderated by an independent moderator. In our experience, masterminds fail because they are poorly organized and fail to ever get traction. This relatively small price ensures everyone is committed and the group is productive. After 6 months, groups have the choice to continue with a moderator or continue without.
Will Mike and/or Dave be a part of each session?
Masterminds will be moderated by either Dave, Mike or a professional moderator. The role of the moderator is to facilitate discussion amongst participants not necessarily to directly give feedback or advice.
How many people are in each mastermind
The group will consist of 6-10 ecommerce sellers.
How did you pick these revenue tiers?
We've tried our best to create revenue tiers for sellers that are likely to face similar issues at their particular stage in their ecommerce company.
What happens after 6 months?
The group can decide whether to continue paying the moderator or continue without the moderator (and free of charge).
Will I be expected to participate?
Yes. Every member is expected to sit in the hot seat for their allotted time and also to provide as much feedback as possible.
What happens if I can't make one of the sessions?
To ensure continuity, you should try to make every session. Frequent absences hurt the entire group. There are no refunds for missed sessions.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged the first month's session in immediately and monthly thereafter.
