Running an Amazon business in Canada is so much different than in America. Let's start with just how to create your business. Most people (and accountants, for that matter) have no idea whether you should be a Canadian corporation or an LLC. Worse, they have no clue about the implications of both when it comes to running your business—let alone selling it.
Then there’s the whole aspect of running and growing your business. For one, getting lending in Canada is much different than in the U.S. That typical American advice of "go find a smaller credit union" just isn't applicable in Canada. And those amazing credit card points Americans always talk about? They're possible for Canadians, but not as straightforward as they are for Americans.
This is the one course I wish I had 10 years ago. It's been built off the backs of far too many U.S./Canadian accountants, lawyers, and business brokers—not to mention the stupid mistakes I've made along the way. I think any Canadian will find it absolutely invaluable.
